Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours by appointment.

How much does it cost?
Our fees are based on a contingency--basically, we do not get paid unless we win your case!

How long does the case take?
Every case is different. Some cases are able to resolve in a few short months, while other can last over a year. There are many outside factors that influence how long a case can take.

What happens if my case goes to litigation?
Litigation involved additional time and cost in a personal injury case. Typically, the insurance company's lawyers will want to take your deposition and possibly require you to undergo an "independent" medical examination. After that, and depending on the value of the case, you will attend an arbitration or settlement conference to try and resolve the case short of a trial.

How much is my personal injury case worth?
The value of each personal injury case depends on many factors, including the amount and type of medical care and the available limits of the insurance policies.
